Connie Vaughn, Wheelhouse Commercial’s Property Accountant, has over 20 years of real estate accounting experience.
Connie is responsible for all accounting functions through the running of month-end reports and compiling the reports for the property managers to review and sign off on. Once the reports are approved, Connie is responsible for distribution of the reports to the appropriate ownership groups. Connie interacts with the owners, tenants and vendors to answer any accounting questions they may have.
