About Me
Jennifer Howard is the Chief Financial Officer for the Wheelhouse Family of Companies, and oversees the day-to-day property management accounting operations for clients and tenants. Jennifer’s specialties include financial statements, budget and financial analysis, and loan assessments. She handles all client financial processes, including balancing property accounts, determining proper reporting methods, tracking capital expenditures, handling owner distributions, and all financial reporting.
For five years, Jennifer was a Controller for residential developer Amber Homes and managed over $40 million in assets. Before that, she spent three years as the Staff Accountant for Pauls Corp, the developer of Gateway Business Park in northeast Denver. Jennifer managed the accounts for the entire Gateway project, consisting of a retail center, multiple office buildings, over 3,000 acres of land under development, and several metro districts. She received her MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver, and her BS from the University of New York.
