Every month owner’s receive a financial package with detailed reports: Balance Sheet, P&L, Rent Roll, General Ledger, Budget Comparison, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Bank Statement. Also included is an Executive Summary that explains any budget variances. Reports can be customized to suit your analytical needs.
Risk mitigation strategies
We produce preventative maintenance schedules and capital expenditure plans to help extend the useful life on your buildings’ systems and incorporate them into your annual budget. We also make sure your building is up to code and always meets inspect guidelines and dates for the appropriate systems: elevators, fire protection, boilers, backflow preventers.
Construction, renovation and TI management
