About Me
Gabriella Barnes is a Senior Property Manager and brings over 20 years of property management, brokerage, and construction knowledge to the Wheelhouse Commercial team. She has extensive experience in the medical, office, industrial and retail management areas. Gabriella is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and also works with our leasing division to assist with lease transactions on behalf of our ownership groups.
Gabriella has her RPA and LEED Green Associate certifications, and has strong accounting background. She is involved in the budget creation and variance reporting, vendor contract negotiations, capital projects, tenant improvements and leasing. Gabriella is a native to Colorado and has a Finance Degree with a concentration in Real Estate from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
