Wheelhouse Commercial expanded its management staff by hiring Laurie Faith as Senior Property Manager. Laurie will manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of office and retail properties in the West Denver market. Laurie has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, including operating her own property management company in California for seven years.
While a Senior Property Manager for 10 years in the Bay Area, Laurie oversaw office, industrial and retail properties. Her professional expertise includes building tenant and vendor relations, financial analysis, negotiating leases, and managing tenant improvements and capital upgrades.
Laurie holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in accounting from Saint Mary’s College. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
